In the Matter of the Assignment of the People's Opera House & Mercantile Company, Bountiful, Davis County, Utah.



To be sold at assignee's sale on the Second day of June, 1902, at 12 o'clock to., at the People's Opera House & Mercantile Company, Bountiful, Utah, all of those certain store fixtures, goods, wares and merchandise, dry goods, and groceries, store scales and all personal property of whatever name and nature or kind now situated at Bountiful, Davis county, Utah, and particularly described as being in and about the buildings of the People's Opera House & Mercantile Company, and being the property of said company and in the possession of John Fisher, Assignee.  Said goods, ware, merchandise and personal property above described being of the probably value of $5,810.

Said above described personal property will be sold at public auction in bulk or in part to the highest bidder for cash.  The assignee reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
