BYU manager to oversee Provo's new arts center

Summary:
Provo's new $8.5 million Center for the Arts will officially open on 7 August 2007 with a performance by country artist Neal McCoy. The center will host some events, such as the Miss Provo contest, as early as June 2007. The theater has 670 seats, all within 60 feet of the stage.
