Old Show House / Gem Theater

 

Mayor Torgerson spoke with the owners of the Show House property.  A letter stated that the partition was originally there for protection and security.  The owners are currently in process of obtaining a loan to finish the Show House project.  If this does not materialize, they will redo the partition and make the front look nice.  A motion was made to grant a 60-day time frame to the Gregureks to begin work on the old Gem Theater.
