Curtain Set to Fall on Davis Drive-In
Deseret News, 10 April 1991, page B4
Summary:
The Davis Drive-In opened for business in the spring of 1991, even
though the 41-year-old theater was up for sale. The theater sat on 23
acres of land and was owned by Tony Rudman of Westates Theaters, "who
is selling the site under the belief that it is worth more as prime
commerical property than as a drive-in." The theater could accommodate
800 to 900 cars for each of its two screen. If the drive-in didn't sell
in 1991, it might have opened for the 1992 season.
