Renovation of Hotel Utah to Begin Soon

Summary:

Christiansen Bros. Inc and Bodell Construction, a joint venture, were the low bidder at $41.8 million for the renovation of the Hotel Utah.  A contract is expected to be signed within the next few days and work should begin within two weeks.  Completion is expected by the end of 1992.
