met with Presiding Bishop H. David Burton to discuss expanding the Salt Palace eastward into
Crossroads Plaza. Salt Lake City Mayor Rock Anderson is considering a more southerly Salt
Palace expansion that "could then be
tied to Rick Howa's Utah Theater on Main Street".
