In the Matter of the Assignment of the People's Opera House & Mercantile Company, Bountiful, Utah
To be sold at Assignee's sale on the Second day of June, A. D. 1920 at 12 o'clock m, at Bountiful, Utah, the following described real estate:
The west part of lot three, block thirty-three plat "A," Bountiful Townsite Survey, commencing at the north west corner of said lot three, thence south on the east line of the street 10 rods; thence east seven rods; thence north ten rods; thence west seven rods to the place of beginning, containing 70 square rods.
Together with the Opera house, coal shed, furniture store and warehouse, appurtenant to and upon said premises.
Said real estate and appurtenances will be sold as a whole or in parts at private sale to the highest bidder for cash, subject to the confirmation of the court. Said assignee reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Sealed bids will be received for all or any part of said property by John Fisher, assignee, at the People's Opera House & Mercantile Company, at Bountiful, Davis Co., Utah, at any time prior to the 31st day of May at 11 o'clock a. m.
