Fire Damages Theatre

Salt Lake City  -  Fire partially destroyed the Daniels theatre, early Monday morning, ruined over $40,000 worth of stock of the Daniels Clothing company and drove inmates of the Bungalow hotel to the street in their night clothes.  The total damage is estimated at $60,000, with insurance placed at about $25,000.  For a time the flames threatened to get beyond control of the firemen, and more serious consequences seemed imminent.
