The appearance of Mrs., Fiske America's greatest actress, in motion pictures at The Ideal Theatre on Tuesday, March 2nd, marks another great triumph for the silent drama.
"Tess of the D'Urbervilles," Thomas Hardy's inspired story, is said to be one of the greatest subjects ever introduced in motion pictures. The powerful combination of one of the formost actressess of the day and the most noted work of a famous novelist should be one that the residents, both moving picture patrons and those who are not, will undoubtedly revel in. "Tess of the D'Urbervilles" is a great five part production and will be shown in this city one day only.
