Auerbach Theatre Plans
Salt Lake Herald, 30 June 1908
John N. Cort and Klaw & Erianger to Furnish Attractions.
It is probable that the Auerbach theatre, now under construction in Third South street, between Main and State streets, will be controlled by John N. Cort, manager of Florence Roberts, and other players.
The theatre will probably be opened some time in October. It will be a popular-priced playhouse, and some of the Klaw & Erlanger attractions, which go to popular price theatres in other cities, will go to Third South street, it is said, while the leading plays and players will continue to appear at the Salt Lake theatre.
Mr. Cort is expected here from Seattle in a few days.
