You are cordially invited to see "Cinedome 70," Ogden's new all-electric movie theater. This exciting, futuristic twin-dome theater is situated at 1481 West Riverdale Road in Riverdale, Utah.
Ultra-Modern Features
This beautiful dual theater is equipped with an ultra-modern electic air conditioning and heating system. Movie goers will enjoy year-round electric comfort conditioning.
The all-electric theater, first of its kind in the Utah, Idaho, Colorado and Wyoming area, features:
- Twin-dome construction. Each dome has a 110-foot diameter and measures 60 feet from ground up.
- Seating for 1,600 persons. Each theater has a seating capacity of 800 and features "rocking chair" seats.
- Finest projection equipment. The theater is first in the Ogden area to utilize 70-35 mm movie projection equipment. The four projectors are capable of showing the most recent technical developments.
- Six-track sound system. Located behind the movie screens in each theater are 10 speakers which offer accurate reproduction for film productions with stereophonic sound.
