Kiwanis Turn Salesmen For Benefit Film Showing

Tickets for the benefit premiere performance of "Sleeping Beauty," being sponsored by The Salt Lake Tribune and Salt Lake Valley Kiwanis Clubs, went on sale Tuesday.
Howard L. Blood, Joseph Sehee and S. R. Anderson, presidents, respectively, of Bonneville, Sugar House and Salt Lake Kiwanis Clubs, received tickets for sale by club members.
IN ADDITION, THE special box office opened in the Uptown Theatre, 53 S. Main, and will remain open daily from noon to 5 p.m.
Tickets also will be available every night at the Villa Theatre, 3092 Highland Dr.
The benefit premiere of Walt Disney's production of the children's classic will be June 3 at 8:30 p.m. in the Villa Theatre, the only theater in the entire Intermountain Area equipped to show the Technirama 70 picture.
MONEY GAINED FROM the performance will be presented to the Exceptional Child Parent-Teacher Assn. which will administer it as a scholarship fund for teachers to gain extra training for teaching handicapped children.
