'Jerry Lewis Cinema' to Open in S.L.

A new 300-seat motion picture theater featuring "attractive surroundings, modern equipment and family entertainment" will open to the public Friday at 1185 Glendale Drive in Salt Lake City.
The Jerry Lewis Cinema in the Glendale Plaza, 1260 W. 1330 So., will present as its first film "Hello Dolly," staring Walter Matthau and Barbra Streisand.
A preview of the theater operation will be Thursday at 7:30 p.m. for city, county and state officials, civic clubs and social groups who have received special invitations. Special guest for the evening will be Mrs. M. Byron Fisher, a former Mrs. America from Utah.
Brent J. Hancock and Lloyd R. Hunt are the managers for the new theater.
