Renovated Theater, New Cafe Open Wednesday

Harold P. Anderson, owner, Wednesday announced opening of the new Tower house and the renovated Tower theater at 876 and 9th South.

Construction of the refreshment [missing text] ...horium and changes in the theater facilities was accomplished at a cost of $100,000, he said.

Jack W. Winburn was architect for the Tower house, William Monroe Jr., for the theater.

The movie house has been enlarged to seat 500 persons in form fitting chairs, the auditorium slopped with a maple floor, new [missing text] ...en and attractive draperies installed.

The Tower house was built to accommodate 100 patrons in booths and at counters.
