Tiffany's Attic Will Reopen

Tiffany's Attic, the dinner-theater at Arrow Press Square, will reopen Oct. 18 with "Sunday in New York," starring Sandra Dee.

The theater closed last winter after two fires. Several persons had purchased season tickets and had made reservations in advance and these will be honored during the first two or three weeks of the new operation, according to Eric Stilson, president of the company that will be operating the dinner-theater.

He said that the operation will be simplified from what it was formerly. "Especially, will it be easier to obtain seats, which will be at one price," he declared.

He said the theater will be opened Tuesdays through Saturdays unless there is a lot of demand for a Monday opening. He also said that the theater will be open for late performances Fridays and Saturdays.

Stilson is owner of Intermark Corp., which was the marketing firm for Tiffany's. Howard Joe Tanner, owner of American Asphalt Co., will be associated with Stilson in operation of the theater.

Miss Dee has been a star in movies and television for the past 20 years. Her movies have Included "Gidget" and "Tammy and the Doctor," for which she won a reputation for acting in inocuous types of movies. However, she also appeared in "Romanoff and Juliet" and "The Dunwich Horrors" to move away from the earlier typing. She was in Rod Serling's Night Gallery, Love, American Style, and The Daughters of Joshuah Cabe on television.

"Sunday In New York," a romantic comedy that played on Broadway and was made into a film starring Jane Fonda, will be directed by Pat Brown of Los Angeles. James Eric of Los Angeles will play the male lead. Other roles will be cast locally,
