[Box Office Closed Until Further Notice]

STATEMENT ON UPDATES REGARDING COVID-19

Our current production of Matilda the Musical has been postponed. In keeping with the state and federal government regulations regarding COVID-19, our box office will be closed until further notice. Due to the uncertain nature of the timeline for social distancing, we do not currently have enough information to begin rescheduling tickets for future performances. We will begin the process of helping those affected by the postponement and rescheduled dates as soon as we receive word that it is once again safe to congregate. We will continue to act upon the best and most up-to-date information we have regarding COVID-19, and we will continue to keep you informed of our plans and schedule moving forward.

Anyone with tickets to cancelled performances please contact the box office by email at mail@haletheater.org with the date of your tickets in the subject line, and please include your name, phone number, address, order number(if you have it), and as much information as possible regarding new dates. We will try to accommodate as much as possible with regard to limited rescheduling capabilities.

Due to the volume of work involved, we will contact you as soon as possible with information regarding rescheduling and cancellations. If you do not hear from us by the scheduled date of your tickets, DO NOT WORRY. We will be getting in contact with you as quickly as we can, and it will not change your ability to reschedule.

All normal business functions for the theater, Archive Costumes, and regularly scheduled Hale Academy classes will continue with consideration to new information regarding COVID-19. For any information regarding Hale Academy, please contact kelly@haletheater.org
